Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 26, 2026

EngagementAmp is committed to making our website and dashboard usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe accessibility is both a legal obligation and good product design, and we treat reported barriers as bugs to be fixed.

Conformance target

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by U.S. Department of Justice guidance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA / EN 301 549).

How we work toward conformance

  • Semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and ARIA attributes where native semantics are not sufficient.
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Keyboard navigation for all interactive controls, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
  • Form fields with explicit labels and accessible error messages.
  • Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such so screen readers skip them.
  • Animations and motion respect the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting where possible.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe-core / Lighthouse) run against the site as part of our development workflow.

Known limitations

We are working toward, but have not yet completed, a full third-party WCAG 2.1 AA audit. Known areas we are continuing to improve:

  • Some marketing pages use gradient backgrounds that may reduce contrast for decorative text overlays; we are reviewing each on an ongoing basis.
  • Some third-party embeds (analytics widgets, calendar embeds, video players) may not fully conform; we work with vendors to improve them or provide accessible alternatives.
  • PDF reports generated by the dashboard are designed for visual review and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. On request we will provide an HTML or accessible alternative.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with recent versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and the screen readers built into the current versions of major operating systems (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). Some features may not behave as expected in browsers that are more than two major versions out of date.

Reporting a barrier

If you cannot access something on this site, or you encounter content that is not accessible, please contact us so we can fix it. Email support@engagementamp.com with:

  • The URL of the page where you ran into trouble.
  • A short description of the problem and what you were trying to do.
  • The assistive technology, browser, and operating system you are using (this helps us reproduce the issue).

We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide the requested information or service through an accessible alternative while we work on a permanent fix.

Formal complaints

If you live in the European Union and we have not resolved your accessibility complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact the supervisory authority in your member state.

If you live in the United States, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice or your state Attorney General. Filing a complaint with us first generally produces the fastest fix.

Approval

This statement was prepared by EngagementAmp. We review it at least once a year and whenever we make a significant change to the site or dashboard.
