Your Privacy Rights
Last updated: May 26, 2026
Depending on where you live, you have privacy rights over the personal information we hold about you. This page summarizes those rights and how to exercise them. For full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
EngagementAmp does not sellpersonal information in exchange for money. We also do not currently "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar state laws.
If we ever begin to do so, you can opt out by:
- Clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer of this site and rejecting Analytics and Marketing cookies.
- Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — we honor GPC as a valid opt-out request automatically.
- Emailing support@engagementamp.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share Request."
Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction and verification of your identity, you can ask us to:
- Know / access — confirm whether we process your personal information and provide a copy of it, including the categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipients.
- Correct — fix inaccurate or out-of-date personal information.
- Delete — delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Port — receive a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — see the section above.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — restrict our use of sensitive categories of personal information (we do not knowingly process sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide the service).
- Opt out of profiling — for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in such profiling.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Appeal — if we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response email. We will review and respond within 45 days, or 60 days where law permits an extension.
How to submit a request

Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authority and may contact you to verify the request before acting on it.
Verification & response times
Before fulfilling most requests we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, typically by matching the information you provide against information we already hold. We respond within the timeframe required by your jurisdiction (typically 30–45 days, with one extension where allowed).
