Summary
Most Reddit work gets sold on rankings and traffic. This client didn't care about either unless it turned into revenue. So they tracked it. Every lead that came from Reddit got tagged and followed through to a closed deal, month by month.
Over ten months that came to 22 new customers and $22,560 in new annual recurring revenue , at an average annual value around $1,025 per account. No single month carried the rest. Deals closed in every month of the campaign.
And these are recurring customers, not one-off sales. So that $22,560 isn't a haul the client banked once. It's revenue they keep collecting every year those accounts renew. The threads did the work, the tracking sheet proved it, and it ran on zero ad spend.
The Challenge
When the client came to us, the problem was easy to name and hard to fix.
- Their buyers decide on Reddit. They read threads and ask other people before they ever book a demo. The brand wasn't in any of those conversations.
- Ads and outbound had a clear cost per customer. Reddit didn't, so it kept losing the budget fight even when it made sense.
- The threads already ranking for their category belonged to competitors, or to no one worth reading.
The Solution: EA's Reddit Visibility System
We built a Reddit presence their buyers would actually trust, then made it rank on Google and get quoted by AI. Four parts.
02. Owned threads across every stage of intent
- We built personas that matched their real buyers and mapped them to the subreddits those buyers already read.
- Then keyword, competitor and thread research to find the conversations closest to a buying decision.
- Threads for people with a problem, people comparing tools, and people ready to switch.
- Plus story-led posts built to go viral and pull organic traffic into the funnel.
- Genuine Reddit participation. Useful first, credible, no bots and no spam.
- Commenting on other threads to catch competitor and category demand at the moment people decide.
The Results
Every deal Reddit closed, month by month, from the client's own tracking sheet. Brand redacted.
The client's own Reddit tracking sheet, July 2025 to April 2026. Brand redacted. Revenue is the annual contract value of the deals closed each month (ACV = annual contract value per customer).
in new recurring revenue, added by Reddit. All 22 customers are on recurring plans, so the client keeps earning this every year those accounts stay.
The same numbers, the way the client shared them in our Slack. Names and channel redacted.
Why it compounds
Paid channels stop the day you stop paying. Reddit threads don't. Each one keeps ranking on Google and keeps getting quoted in AI answers like ChatGPT and Perplexity months after it goes up. The post that closed a deal in month one is still pulling buyers in month ten.
That's why the closes never dried up. The client wasn't renting attention. They were building something in the exact places their buyers make decisions, and it kept paying out.
